Easy 3 Ingredient White Queso Dip with Chorizo

White queso dip with chorizo is the dip you’ll want to make for your next gathering! It is delicious. The first ingredient is chorizo de San Manuel. We love this chorizo brand because it’s full of flavor, it is lean, and it’s not as greasy as others. For this recipe, second ingredient, we used HEB’s White Queso Easy Melt because it is smooth and creamy. However, you can use your preferred brand of white queso. The third ingredient is a can of original Rotel that will give your queso dip that zesty quick!

How to make this recipe

Add your chorizo to your saucepan or skillet. Break your chorizo into smaller pieces and cook over medium-high heat.

Cube your white queso. Add to saucepan or skillet and stir continuously.

Add Rotel. Pour your Rotel and continue to stir until cheese is completely melted.

Enjoy! Pour your queso dip into a bowl and enjoy with your favorite tostaditas.

  • ½ pack chorizo de San Manuel
  • 16 oz HEB easy melt white queso
  • 10 oz original Rotel

Instructions
 

  • Add half a pack of San Manuel chorizo to your saucepan or skillet. With a cooking spoon or spatula, begin to break up into smaller pieces and cook over medium high heat for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Cut your block of cheese into cubes and add to your cooked chorizo
  • Add your Rotel and mix to combine. Continue to stir until cheese is completely melted.
  • Add your queso with chorizo into a serving bowl and enjoy with tostaditas!
