  • ½ pack chorizo de San Manuel
  • 16 oz HEB easy melt white queso
  • 10 oz original Rotel

Instructions
 

  • Add half a pack of San Manuel chorizo to your saucepan or skillet. With a cooking spoon or spatula, begin to break up into smaller pieces and cook over medium high heat for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Cut your block of cheese into cubes and add to your cooked chorizo
  • Add your Rotel and mix to combine. Continue to stir until cheese is completely melted.
  • Add your queso with chorizo into a serving bowl and enjoy with tostaditas!
