Pumpkin French Toast

- 6 slices bread
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
In a medium bowl or square container combine milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinammon, brown sugar and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Dip slice of bread into mixture and flip to coat both sides.
Add butter to your griddle or comal. Place each slice of bread on skillet or comal and cook for about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown
Add cinammon butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
