Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bread
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl or square container combine milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinammon, brown sugar and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Dip slice of bread into mixture and flip to coat both sides.
  • Add butter to your griddle or comal. Place each slice of bread on skillet or comal and cook for about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown
  • Add cinammon butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
