In a medium bowl or a shallow square container, mix the milk, pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Whisk well until the mixture is smooth and the pumpkin blends fully with the eggs.
Dip slice of bread into mixture and flip to coat both sides.
Add butter to your griddle or comal. Place each slice of bread on skillet or comal and cook for about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown
Add cinammon butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
