Using a kitchen knife, chop one whole dulce de leche chocolate bar and one whole sea salt extra dark chocolate bar. Reserve a small piece to use for topping if dessired.

Separate egg yolk and egg whites of two large eggs.

In a mixing bowl add egg yolks and sugar. Whisk until well combined. Set aside
1/3 cup granulated sugar
In a medium saucepan, combine half of the heavy whipping cream and chopped chocolate. Stir continously until the chocolate is fully melted.

Once the chocolate is fully melted, whisk into the egg yolks and sugar previously mixed. Continue to whisk until fully combined. Set aside the chocolate mixture.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Using your stand mixer again, add the remaining half cup of heavy whipping cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
Immediately fold the whipped cream mixture into the chocolate mixture.
Pour into serving glass coups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Top with whip cream, grated dark chocolate and garnish with a fresh strawberry. Enjoy!
