Put the softened butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and honey in a mixing bowl. If you have a stand mixer, use the paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed for about 3 minutes. The butter will get lighter as it whips.
Stop the mixer and scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula. This way, everything mixes evenly. Turn the mixer back to medium and whip for another 1 to 2 minutes. The butter should be smooth and hold its shape.

Spoon the whipped butter into an airtight container. You can keep it in the fridge for up to two weeks, so it’s perfect to make ahead for brunch.
